  1. The customer is required to make a payment in full before the due date. If the customer fails to make a payment by due date, Late Fee will be charged at USD 25.00.
  2. The operator and provider of services SHAHIR SOLUTIONS reserve execute server disconnection if the customer does not make a full payment before due date. SHAHIR SOLUTIONS will take further action of server termination if payment is not made after 15 days. SHAHIR SOLUTIONS is not responsible for any data lost.
  3. If the customer would like to make a cancellation, the customer may request to do so at least 14 days before due date. If the invoice has been generated, the customer is required to make a full payment.

The invoice will be generated on 1st every month.  Any cancellation should be made at least 14 days before due date.
